Customer information

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms when exploring our catalogue or using the demonstration order features. They explain the website’s purpose, product information and the matters to confirm before a real purchase.

Clear expectations for every selection

01Using this website

Kumawat Tiles and Sanitary House presents floor and wall tiles, sanitaryware and bathroom fixtures through this static website. The catalogue is intended to help you explore finishes, compare dimensions and prepare a selection. Browsing does not require an account, and there is no online payment system or order-processing backend.

The cart and checkout demonstrate a possible shopping journey. They do not send an order to the business, reserve inventory, accept a sale or arrange dispatch. Any actual purchase must be discussed and separately confirmed with the business. These website terms describe that distinction and should be read alongside the quotation, invoice and product-specific information provided for a real transaction.

02Catalogue descriptions and images

Product names, materials, finishes, dimensions and demonstration prices help illustrate the collection. Product images are AI-generated visual representations rather than photographs of verified inventory. A displayed basin, fixture or tile should not be treated as an exact manufacturing drawing or a guarantee of the item available for sale.

Confirm the actual product model, brand where applicable, finish, dimensions, included parts and availability before committing to a purchase. Screen settings and lighting can affect how a colour appears. Marble-look, stone-look and wood-look patterns may vary between pieces and batches. Where the appearance is important to your project, inspect the actual product or request suitable sample information before making the final choice.

03Prices, units and quantities

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and are demonstration values. Each listing identifies whether the price is per tile, per piece or per set. The cart multiplies the displayed unit price by your selected quantity and shows a merchandise total. It does not calculate a binding tax invoice or a complete delivered-and-installed project cost.

For an actual purchase, request confirmation of the final unit price, applicable taxes, transport, packing, unloading, accessories and installation responsibilities. For tiles, check carton quantities, coverage and reasonable project wastage with your installer. A tile quantity in the demonstration cart is not an area calculation. A displayed price, local reference or saved cart does not guarantee stock availability or establish acceptance by the business.

04Colour, size and installation compatibility

The catalogue shows the colour and size recorded for each demonstration product. The selectors carry those values into the cart and order summary. They do not imply that unlisted sizes or colour variants are available. A size described as Standard must be verified against the actual product’s measurements before installation or purchase.

Check basin cut-outs, tap reach, inlet spacing, outlet type, toilet trap orientation, mounting support and the suitability of the water supply. For tiles, check surface suitability, laying direction, adhesive and substrate requirements with the relevant installer or manufacturer. These are project-specific decisions that cannot be confirmed from an illustrative image alone. Do not fit, cut or alter a product that appears incorrect, damaged or unsuitable.

05Cart behaviour and local checkout

Each product can appear once in the local cart. The saved entry records its quantity, colour and size. The Add to Cart control changes to In Cart after saving; selecting In Cart removes the product. To change a saved quantity, remove the entry and add the product again with the quantity you want. Browser settings may affect whether these selections persist.

Buy Now on a product starts a checkout for that product only. Buy Now in the cart carries the current cart selection into the order page. After a valid cart checkout, the cart is cleared. A direct product checkout preserves unrelated cart items. These changes happen on your device and do not synchronise with other browsers, reserve goods or update a store inventory system.

06References, payment and order acceptance

The order form validates required details and generates a local reference. The success message means that the demonstration has completed in your browser. It does not mean that an email or SMS has been sent, an employee has reviewed the request or a legally binding purchase has been accepted by the business. Save any actual quotation or invoice separately.

Cash on Delivery is the only payment method shown in the website journey, and the website collects no money. For an actual order, confirm the availability of COD, the final payable amount and the delivery arrangement directly. No claim about payment completion or dispatch should be inferred from the reference number. Commercial terms must be agreed through the business’s actual sales process.

07Delivery, inspection and after-sales matters

Delivery serviceability, scheduling, transport costs, handling responsibilities and site access must be confirmed for the actual order. The demonstration total does not book a vehicle or establish a delivery date. Before arranging installation work, confirm that goods have arrived and inspect their visible condition, description and quantity.

If a real purchase appears damaged, defective or different from what was confirmed, contact the business with the invoice details and clear photographs before installing or altering the affected item. Return eligibility, collection arrangements and any approved refund depend on the actual purchase and applicable rights. This website does not create an automatic return authorisation or promise a standard refund timeline.

08Responsible use and website materials

Use the website for lawful browsing and relevant enquiries. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or submit information that you are not entitled to share. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive data in the order notes or message fields. The demonstration forms are not a channel for confidential document submission.

The business name and supplied logo identify Kumawat Tiles and Sanitary House. Do not use them to imply an affiliation or endorsement that has not been authorised. Catalogue content is provided to support product exploration, not to certify performance or replace manufacturer instructions. If you believe information on the site is inaccurate, contact the business and identify the listing or page concerned.

09Availability, changes and clarification

The website may be updated to improve presentation, correct catalogue information or change its features. Browser storage can be cleared, unavailable or interrupted; the site is not intended to be your only archive of purchase documents. Keep confirmed invoices, delivery records and correspondence relating to actual transactions independently of the demonstration cart.

Nothing in these explanatory terms is intended to remove rights that apply to a real purchase. If website wording differs from a confirmed quotation or you are unsure what is included, request clarification before proceeding. Questions about products, website use or actual purchasing arrangements may be sent to care.kumawattiles@gmail.com. A clear written confirmation helps ensure that both the selected goods and the practical arrangements are understood.
